Video podcast from the one day wacky guest star spot I got on the Chinese tv series “Hun Bian” (婚变 = Marital Upheaval). I evidently play ‘the other woman’ in the final episode… although from what I was told of the story (which is almost nothing!) I’m the woman that the guy has been in love with the whole time, which is why he went through so many women in the show.
I have no idea how much of that is true, since I never saw the script (and I don’t even know if you can see Hun Bian on tv yet… though I should just go ahead and check tudou.com to see

A sketch from the July 3rd Sketch Comedy night at Ciro’s Pomodoro in Beijing, China. Sorry for the questionable sound quality, but you should be able to hear most of the dialogue (which is not true for all of the skits). Enjoy!

Written and directed by Elyse Ribbons and starring the lovely Melody Zhang, with guest appearances from Tal at Cafe Europa, a kung fu star (the dude in the yellow jacket) and some random boys who got caught staring… Cheeky Monkey Theater presents its first in a (hopefully) long line of podcasts about “Keeping It Real”

Here is Sarabeth Berman and Mark Little’s fabulous composition: 17 Sui (17 Years Old). The music is composed entirely of bicycle sounds and is really, really amazing. Who would have though that the bicycles in Beijing could inspire such a great song. And Sarabeth’s dance is also beyond cool, though its a shame that the video didn’t catch her floor movements.
