Cheeky Monkey once again brings controversy, scandal and entertainment to the Beijing stage this April and to Chengdu in March. Lethal English is the latest of plays coming from the creator of the critically acclaimed I Heart Beijing and the producer of the ShiFen Theater Festival. Written and directed by Elyse Ribbons, Lethal English brings Hollywood-style film noire and police dramas to a Chinese backdrop, with a gripping dime-novel storyline, original soundtrack and multi-media stage design.
