Born in Sichuan, Jo Yang grew up in the United Kingdom and has returned to Beijing to earn a degree in acting from the Beijing Film Academy. She has been in the film, "大电影之数百亿" and is in the national touring troupe for the Stan Lai play, "Love in Peach Blossom Village." Being of a sweet nature herself, she also has a weakness for desserts, though you'd never guess it from looking at her.
