| Ingredients:
1 Shakespearean comedy
a hint of sexual tension
a pinch of controversy
2 teaspoons soy sauce
a bushel of Expat actors
1 1/2 teaspoons Chinglish
half dozen Asian actors
8 dried red chili peppers
2 cloves garlic (mints available upon request)
3 cases Yanjing Pijiu (use to taste)
Preparation:
Cut the Shakespearean Comedy ("Taming of the Shrew") into 1-inch cubes. Combine with the marinade ingredients, adding the chili peppers last. Marinate for 25 minutes. While the Shakespearean Comedy is marinating, prepare the sexual tension and controversy: In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, Yanjing Pijiu, and Chinglish. Set aside. Heat the stage over medium-high to high heat. Add cross-cultural chaos. When the stage is hot, add the Shakespeare. Stir-fry until it turns Red, then add the sauce to the stage. Bring to a boil. Stir in the garlic, Asian actors and Expat actors. Add more chili peppers and remove from heat. Serve hot.
